How do I choose my coach?

Select between Luna and Lucas in the app settings. Luna offers a supportive, encouraging approach while Lucas provides intense, motivating coaching.

Why isn't my heart rate showing?

Make sure you've granted PacePal permission to access Apple Health or Google Fit. Go to your device settings → Privacy → Health → PacePal and enable heart rate access.

Can I listen to music while using PacePal?

Absolutely! PacePal features smart audio ducking that automatically lowers your music when your coach speaks, then restores the volume afterward. Your music never stops playing!

What languages are supported?

PacePal currently supports English and Chinese coaching. You can change the language in the app settings.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete your running history and account data at any time from the app settings. Most data is stored locally on your device.
